The man accused of abducting, strangling and raping a 64-year-old Asian woman in Quincy, Massachusetts earlier this month, has been ordered held without bail.
At a hearing on Wednesday, a judge determined that Christian M. Lynch, 26, was too dangerous to be released after November 12 incidentWhich has made the local community fear for their safety ever since.
The victim’s ordeal began shortly after 7 a.m. at the Wollaston MBTA station when she was abducted and taken to an apartment on East Elm Avenue. According to prosecutors, she was kept tied up, gagged and sexually assaulted for the next 11 hours.
“He beat her so much that her false teeth fell out. He then handcuffed both her wrists and her legs and duct-taped her mouth,” Beth McLaughlin of the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office Told judge.

The victim was dropped off at the Westgate Mall parking lot in Brockton at around 6 pm. Hearing her screams, a passerby called 911.
Prosecutors said that after the attack, Lynch went to buy cleaning supplies and a new mattress. He was arrested the next day at a convenience store near his home.

Lynch, who claimed that the encounter took place Consensual, told police he was “tired of swiping” on dating apps. He also said “this is me going out into the world to get a date.”
alleged surveillance video shows the moment Lynch forced the victim into his car. Prior to the abduction, he also allegedly targeted another Asian woman, who managed to escape and has not contacted the authorities till date.
Lynch was previously charged with rape, kidnapping, strangulation, and assault and battery on a person 60 or older. Additionally, he was charged with kidnapping and assault with intent to rape in connection with the prior assault, as well as for exposing himself to a woman near the Nickerson Rock Walking Trails last month.
